Application Process

• Application must be submitted in the main office with a $30 processing fee and the following documents:

*Copy of Birth certificate

*Immunization record

*Baptismal certificate (if applicable)    

• Testing (for incoming Kindergarten)

*Once you have turned in an application, a screening test appointment will be scheduled for your child. The screening test is used by the administration and faculty strictly to determine placement and readiness, and neither the test nor results are returned to the applicant.

Parent/Student interview with the Principal may be requested.     

• Acceptance Notification

*The school will mail letters of acceptance on March 9, 2012.

*Two years of report cards (for incoming 2nd-8th graders)

*One year of report card (for incoming 1st graders)  

• Student Evaluation Report (for incoming 1st-8th graders)

*Give Confidential Student Evaluation Report and Release form to your child’s current teacher. Report is due to St. Basil's School before an admissions decision can be made.   

• Testing (for incoming 1st-8th graders)

*Once you have turned in an application, your child will need to come in for testing on March 6th, 2012 at 3:15 PM. The screening test is used by the administration and faculty strictly to determine placement and readiness, and neither the test nor results are returned to the applicant.

Parent/Student interview with the Principal may be requested.

*The school will notify students of their acceptance status.
